An incredibly important tool was recently released by the Microsoft SharePoint team for all the SharePoint developers out there.  SPDisposeCheck is a tool you run against your SharePoint assembly which checks to ensure you have properly disposed of all IDisposable objects as described in the Best Practices: Using Disposable Windows SharePoint Serivces Objects.
